Transforming a 1,000-student K-12 School for its International Scale up
A top-tier K-12 school in Hanoi asked IEG Consulting to help solidify the organizational structure that they considered bureaucratic, which led to low rates in both productivity and staff retention.
Within 3 months, the organization was restructured to clarify goals of different hierarchical layers together with a full-scale KPI system and culture-building practices; improve productivity, morality; and achieve a retention rate of 95%.
We succeeded in building a solid network of leading institutes, spanning from kindergartens to colleges and research institutes globally, with the full establishment of 05 new collaborative projects internationally, reaching a scale of 20 in total.
